🎯 The Opportunity
You’ll work on inbound sales in Europe— from prospecting and relationship-building to negotiation and close. The focus is on SME eCommerce brands.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
* Build and manage a pipeline of SME prospects across the eCommerce landscape
* Represent the business at industry events and conferences
* Conduct deep needs analysis to design tailored SaaS solutions
* Multi-thread deals across senior stakeholder groups
* Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to maximise client outcomes
* Stay informed on market trends and competitor positioning
1. 💡 You’ll Bring
* 5+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS or SME Software
* Demonstrated success in £100K–£1M+ ARR sales cycles
* Strong understanding of eCommerce, retail tech, or logistics SaaS
* Proven ability to build relationships and close multi-stakeholder deals
* Entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, curious, and commercially driven
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
📍 Location & Package
* Base Salary: ÂŁ90K + uncapped commission + equity
* Location: London (Hybrid)
* Travel: ~25% (events, client meetings, conferences)
