Chelston Hall Surgery is seeking a Practice Nurse for 26.5 hours per week.
Main duties of the job
Key duties will include:
* Assisting the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring compliance is maintained. Collaborating with the general practice team to meet patient needs and follow practice policies and procedures.
* Providing care for presenting patients, including treatment, chronic disease management, and evaluation of care.

Job responsibilities
What we offer as a Practice Nurse:
* A salary of up to £48,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
* 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays, pro rata.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* UK registered nurse with significant post-registration experience.
* Experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations.
* Good knowledge of the Quality Outcomes Framework.
