About the Job
This role sits within the dedicated Cash Allocation Team and supports the accurate and timely application of payments across various payer types. You will work closely with internal departments and ensure high standards of accuracy and service are maintained.
Duties will include:
* Allocating assigned payments
* Liaising with credit controllers to minimise outstanding unallocated payments.
* Reconciling customer accounts and resolving failed journal entries.
* Responding promptly to allocation queries via the shared team mailbox.
* Supporting the Customer Service team with relevant queries.
* Building strong internal relationships across the wider healthcare services.
About the Successful Applicant
You will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing high volumes of data. A background in finance administration is ideal, though not essential. You will need strong Excel skills and prior experience with SAP is advantageous but not required.
