Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and assist visitors in a courteous manner.
2. Answer and direct phone calls
3. Manage appointments and meeting room bookings
4. Handle iing and outgoing mail
5. Perform general administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
6. Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
7. Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
9. Ability to multitask and stay organised under pressure
