Shift: 22 hrs per week – Monday 16:00‑20:00; Tuesday 07:00‑12:00; Wednesday 14:30‑20:00; Thursday 16:00‑20:00; Friday 16:00‑20:00. Flexible working options available.
About the Role
The Stock Manager supports the growth of our online business and ensures customers receive the best online experience and customer service. You will lead and inspire your team to achieve performance targets, ensuring returned items are refunded quickly and stock is packaged and ready to fulfil existing online orders.
To be a successful Stock Manager you will:
* Support the Store management team across the back of house areas and communicate effectively with the Store Manager
* Manage a team to deliver accurate stock processes in an operationally efficient, safe environment where targets are met
* Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating and inspiring your team is at the core of everything you do
* Demonstrate a hands‑on approach for all commercial and operational activities by adapting to change and working alongside the team
* Ensure communication is up‑to‑date and accurate at all times to meet business needs
