The Theo’s food company is a busy fast-growing poultry manufacturing company that requires Sales Manager-Fast Food to join the Sales team. We require someone who is reliable, hardworking, has excellent communications skills and good attention to detail.

It all began in 1990 when our company founder started to market and sell a unique blend of marinated chicken in the town of Burntwood in Staffordshire, from which Theo’s food company was born.
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (09:00am to 06:00pm); 45 hours per week including 1 hour break; looking for a candidate with flexible timings; will be discussed during the interview.

Job Purpose
* Support business sales strategy.
* Generate and develop profitable sales within the fast food and QSR sector.
* Create an environment of trust.
* Listening to customers and to provide feedback (customer & market) to help the strategic direction of the business.
Accountabilities
* Profitable sales growth to meet agreed company and personal goals.
* Ensuring that payment terms are met and balances kept low.
* Ensure complaint resolution (problem Solving).
Job Responsibilities
* Behave and present the company ethos of trust and integrity (sell our products and services and not rubbish the competition).
* Growing and/or developing fast food customers by selling Theo’s manufactured product first and supported through upselling 3rd party products.
* Providing product knowledge and support to customers.
* Assist customer setup by ensuring that all information is provided (i.e. address, name, products, etc.)
* Dealing with complaints and providing feedback on actions taken effectively (Impartial investigation, with a focus on providing the ‘right’ outcome).
* Contribute to and Support marketing programmes (i.e. promos, social media content, leaflets, etc.).
* Brand development through value creation (sell on quality and service before price).
* Liaising with some suppliers where applicable.
* Communicate effectively to internal and external stakeholders (i.e. customers, suppliers, sales support, accounts, production planning, transport, etc.).
* Provide sales data/analysis to support achievements and direction of customer focus.
* Follow company rules at all times.
* Given the importance of this role, you may be assigned additional responsibilities in line with business requirements as directed by your line manager.
* Flexibility is essential due to the demands of a sales role.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in sales management within the food or hospitality industry.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in sales CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite would be preferred.
* Knowledge of the chip shop and kebab industry and its specific needs is desirable.
* Will need to be prepared to travel and stay out overnight on occasion.
