Responsibilities & Requirements
The post holder(s) will work closely with clinical teams across the Trust, liaise with His Majestys Coroner and his Officers, Civil Courts, Solicitors and other internal and external parties on a caseload of Clinical Negligence, Employers and Public Liability, and Inquest matters under the supervision of the Deputy Heads of Healthcare Litigation. Excellent relationship building skills will therefore be required, as will very strong written and verbal communication skills. An understanding of legal systems, principles and processes are also necessary.

Role Overview
We are looking for a Paralegal who is enthusiastic about being part of a large organisation and playing a part in its continuous improvement. The post holder(s) will join a very supportive team, but have plenty of opportunities to work with their own case load, and to develop their legal skills and expertise.
