* AM: 06:00-14:00 (£15.62 per hour weekdays/£19.53 per hour weekends)
* PM: 14:00-22:00 (£16.50 per hour weekdays/£20.41 per hour weekends)

What You Will Be Doing?
* Monitor KPIs and provide constructive feedback

* Ensure the Health & Safety of the team
* Main point of contact for the workers and People Solutions management
What We Are Looking For?
* Previous leadership experience preferably Team Leader or Supervisor
* Strong communication skills
* Physically fit and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Desirable Skills
* Experience using hand scanners (preferred but not essential)
