Job Description
* Regularly emptying and clearing rubbish
* Reporting all maintenance issues to head office
* Mopping, dusting, vacuuming
* Cleaning of communal areas such as lobbies, stairwells, and landings toilets, kitchen area, office area
Qualifications and Skills
* Be able to demonstrate good organisational skills.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong sense of time keeping.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
