360 Business Development Manager – US Market (NYC) – SaaS Sales Hybrid – Shoreditch, London HQ Competitive package Uncapped OTE Are you a confident closer who can pick up the phone, build rapport fast, and turn new conversations into revenue? Our client (Event-tech SaaS) is expanding across New York City, selling AI-powered products that help venues win more bookings and make smarter decisions. You’ll run a full 360 cycle, make regular trips to New York, and help scale an award-winning product into the US market. This role will: Own the full sales cycle — prospect, cold call, pitch, negotiate, and close new venue & hotel accounts across NYC. Travel to New York City 4–6 times per year for client meetings, pitches, events, and pipeline acceleration (fully expensed). Sell high-impact AI-powered SaaS products into hotels, rooftop bars & restaurants, event venues, and unique NYC properties. Build and manage a healthy pipeline while collaborating with product/marketing to sharpen positioning. This role needs: Minimum two years closing experience (ideally having progressed from SDR/BDR into a 360 role) within a SaaS or B2B closing role. Comfort with the full sales cycle from outbound sales including cold calling and objection handling; through to product demos, negotiation and close. High energy, likeable, confident personality—quick to build trust with New Yorkers. A proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets. Strong stakeholder communication skills; adaptable in a fast-moving scale-up. Bonus: Experience selling into US markets, though this isn't essential.
