We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team in a Year 2 classroom at our vibrant mainstream primary school. This role focuses on providing tailored support to pupils with a range of complex needs, helping them to thrive both academically and emotionally.
Requirements
The requested skillset the desired Teaching Assistant will require;
1. Experience working with Children or Young people.
2. Support pupils across the school, including those with additional needs
3. Provide personal and intimate care with dignity and sensitivity (if applicable)
4. Work closely with teachers and support staff to deliver personalised learning
5. Help to create a nurturing, safe and inclusive learning environment
6. Contribute to planning and assessment, supporting children's development in all areas
