Job Introduction
Heritage Portfolio is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our team at the Central Production Kitchen in Leith, Edinburgh. We work within Scotland’s leading cultural destinations, including the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh, The Scottish National Portrait Gallery, V&A Dundee, Mansfield Traquair, the Signet Library, and Perth and Musselburgh Racecourses.
Our focus is on fresh, made-from-scratch cooking. Our culinary teams deliver outstanding catering and event services, from private dining, weddings, and corporate events to in-house café services. Under the guidance of our Head Chef and culinary development team, you will prepare and deliver a variety of menus, from deli-style retail offers to high-end fine dining, emphasizing quality, seasonality, provenance, and flavor.
Role Responsibilities
* Work alongside the kitchen team
* Prepare food to a high standard within the Central Production Kitchen in Edinburgh
* Deliver food at our events across Scotland
