Job Overview
Our team is rapidly growing, and we would like to speak with energetic, forward-thinking graduates in West Yorkshire, trained in engineering, chemicals or pharmaceuticals who are looking to kick start their career.
The Management trainee will help us develop and implement our growth strategies. Training will involve rotating between different departments for the purpose of learning how to identify and apply important strategies and business processes, getting to know the nuts and bolts of our company’s functions and operations and supporting our management team with a variety of daily tasks.
Responsibilities, Accountabilities and Duties
* Rotating between different departments to support with a variety of tasks and learn

* Providing day to day support to managers.
* Collating and analysing Data.
* Creating reports and presentations for managers.
* Getting involved in a variety of key projects.
* Communicating effectively with all staff members.
* Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all key stakeholders.
Required Skills
* Educated to Degree Level in an engineering/technical related subject.
* Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office.
* Strong verbal and written presentation skills.
* Excellent English, Maths and IT Skills.
* Flexible approach to working, due to working patterns of different departments.
