As a Logistics Fulfilment Specialist you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our distribution network to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities of a Logistics Fulfilment Specialist
* Logistics Coordination – Oversee short-term control of internal and external distribution networks to meet service level agreements.
* Operational Optimization – Identify and address logistics capacity constraints while ensuring smooth transportation and delivery processes.
* Data & Network Management – Maintain accurate logistics master data and determine the optimal setup for delivery networks and transportation.
* Planning & Execution – Develop, communicate, and monitor logistics plans, process transport requests, and manage capacity requirements.
* Monitoring & Issue Resolution – Track transportation activities, resolve logistics quality deviations, and ensure accurate invoice handling.
Key competencies of a Logistics Fulfilment Specialist
* 3+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or a related field.
* A proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
* Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal teams and external partners.
* Proficiency in SAP systems and MS Office.
