In this role, you will lead technical solutions, oversee projects from start to finish, manage client relationships, and mentor junior team members. You will be hands-on in delivering practical solutions across the full project lifecycle.
This position is ideal for a Maritime Structural Engineer looking to step into a leadership role within an ambitious company, enjoying autonomy over projects and ownership of their delivery from concept to completion.
The Role:
Lead projects from concept to completion, managing design, budgets, and site delivery.
Develop innovative engineering solutions for marine and civil infrastructure projects.
Manage client relationships and ensure project objectives are met.
Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with senior team members using design and analysis software (e.g., AutoCAD, LUSAS, Robot).The Person:
Experienced in delivering design packages in heavy civils environments.
Civil or Structural Engineering Degree (or similar)
Commutable to Wigan
