Forrest Recruitment Ltd are exclusively working with our professional client who are a specialist in their field. With over 40 years’ trading and 6000 installations completed, they are currently seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team of 4 based within their open plan office in the heart of Wigan.
Responsibilities
* Handling sales enquiries and orders
* Picking up orders and providing quotations
* Creating purchase orders and sending all invoices
* Processing and tracking customer orders to ensure on time delivery
* Managing stock queries and ordering as required
* Analysing sales data by product type
* Responding to customer request for product information
* Preparing and issuing internal contract documentation
* Providing after sales and customer support
* Passing onto an implementation team – eventually you will be scheduling jobs and project coordinating
Working Hours:
* Monday to Thursday (9AM – 5PM)
* Friday (9AM – 4PM)
They are looking for a confident individual who can work on their own initiative but can also work well within a team. Sales experience would be an advantage but not essential.
