Our client, a leading educational organisation in Telford, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Behaviour Support Assistant to join their dynamic team. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of young learners, guiding and supporting them through challenging situations and helping them to develop positive, constructive behaviours.

Offering a competitive daily rate of £90 - £100, this full-time position will require you to work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a nurturing and inclusive environment for students. You will be responsible for implementing tailored behaviour management strategies, providing one-on-one support, and collaborating with the wider team to ensure the best possible outcomes for the young people in our client's care.

Successful candidates will possess a strong background in behaviour support, with a proven track record of working effectively with children and young people. A deep understanding of child development, emotional intelligence, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential. Experience in a similar role within a school or educational setting is highly desirable.
