�? What You’ll Do (Late Night Focus)
* Lead smooth, efficient evening & late-night shifts
* Ensure Drive Thru speed and service excellence
* Coach and support Baristas on shift
* Keep standards high across coffee quality, cleanliness and food safety
* Handle pressure confidently during peak late-night trade
* Motivate the team to finish strong and close brilliantly
