Recruitment Coordinator Manchester City Centre £15 per hour 6-Month Contract 37.5 hours per week (Flexible: 8:00–5:00 or 8:30–5:30) Start Date: ASAP The Opportunity We're looking for a highly organised Recruitment Coordinator to join a busy Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month contract. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy coordinating processes and working with multiple stakeholders, this could be a great opportunity. The Role You'll play a key part in keeping the recruitment process running smoothly by: Managing day-to-day interview scheduling Liaising with TA partners to coordinate and book interviews (via Teams and in person) Working closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders Supporting with administrative tasks such as arranging security screening and visitor forms for on-site candidates About You Strong administrative and organisational skills Confident liaising with stakeholders at different levels Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Previous recruitment experience is advantageous, but not essential Comfortable using Microsoft Teams and calendar management systems What's on Offer £15 per hour Hybrid working – to be discussed on initial phone calls Flexible working hours 6-month contract with immediate start How to Apply: • If you meet the qualifications outlined above, we want to hear from you.
