We particularly welcome applications from individuals with previous Prison Service, Probation, Youth Justice, Secure Unit, or Custodial experience, who are looking to transfer their skills into a rewarding education setting. About the Role You will work closely with young people who benefit from structure, boundaries, and positive role modelling. This role is ideal for individuals confident in managing behaviour, de‑escalating situations, and building respectful, professional relationships.
