Compliance Advisor
Location: Dorking, Surrey - hybrid working

Responsibilities
* Identify, analyse, and communicate regulatory changes while overseeing business compliance with new requirements.
* Provide compliance support for new and existing products and services.
* Advise management and project teams on regulatory and substantive business issues.
* Deliver compliance training to ensure regulatory rules and principles are embedded.
* Maintain expertise in FCA/PRA requirements and standards.
* Ensure compliance with Information Security policies and report any security concerns.
* Understand and apply principles of Conduct Risk, Treating Customers Fairly, Consumer Duty, and Risk Management.
* Adhere to Unum’s Code of Conduct and other company policies.
Requirements
* Insurance industry experience ideal.
* An excellent understanding and awareness of the UK financial regulatory framework.
* Proficiency in insurance and group risk protection products.
* Relevant qualification in Legal, Internal Audit, or Compliance.
* ICA Certificate/Diploma (preferred).
