A HubSpot System SME needed for a growing dynamic organisation is seeking a skilled HubSpot Systems Assistant to support, configure and optimise its internal SaaS platforms, with a strong focus on HubSpot CRM. This role works closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Operations teams to ensure systems are configured effectively, data remains accurate, and users are supported in getting the most value from the tools available. The HubSpot position involves daily collaboration with internal stakeholders, supporting integrations, managing user access, and continuously improving system workflows to enhance business efficiency. It offers wide exposure across the business and the opportunity to play a key role in shaping how data and systems support growth.
The HubSpot System SME Role:
The HubSpot Systems Assistant will take ownership of HubSpot CRM configuration and platform management. They will build and adjust pipelines, workflows, dashboards and reports, ensuring the system reflects real business processes. In this role, they will manage user accounts and permissions, maintain data integrity, and act as the primary point of contact for system-related queries and enhancements. They’ll support integrations with other business tools and document configurations and best practices to ensure long-term scalability.
The role will also involve user enablement, training colleagues on how to make best use of the platforms and introducing improvements as new features become available. Acting as a HubSpot SME this role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, collaborating and improving the way teams work. 💰 Paying up to £40,000 + Benefits
📍 Oxford Circus - 5 days per week in office
🧑 💻 Experience with SaaS / CRM platforms required - HubSpot is a must
Essential Skills:
* Strong hands-on experience administering and configuring HubSpot CRM (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub or Service Hub).
* Ability to translate business needs into structured system configurations (pipelines, workflows, reporting etc.).
* Experience managing user permissions, roles, and system access control.
* Solid understanding of business processes across Sales, Marketing and/or Customer Success.
* Experience maintaining data quality (imports, deduplication, compliance).
* Basic understanding of integrations and APIs.
* Strong communication skills, particularly when supporting or training non-technical users.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Desirable:
* HubSpot Administrator or HubSpot Solutions Partner certifications.
* Experience administering additional SaaS platforms.
* 2+ years in a systems admin, CRM admin or revenue operations role.
