As an Operations Assistant, you’re all about keeping the mill running smoothly. You’ll help make sure the space is clean, safe and efficient, while giving customers friendly, reliable service. You’re a key part of the team, jumping in where needed and helping things flow without a hitch. What You’ll Be Doing: Safely unwrap and wrap timber packs Operate machinery at infeed and outfeed to keep things moving smoothly Run the baler and keep it in good shape Help keep the mill clean, tidy and safe Make sure stock is organised and clearly labelled Chat with the team to keep everything running smoothly Jump in with any other tasks that help get the job done We’re happy to explore flexible working options.
