Job Description
Protect and promote the welfare and wellbeing of Children, Adults at Risk, and Communities through the exercise of Statutory Powers to address complex issues. This involves assessing needs, formulating, and implementing care plans in collaboration with external agencies and partner organisations. The role supports the promotion, delivery, and integration of key objectives within the Health & Social Care Partnership Plan and the Community Plan.
Requirements
The duties include Regulated Work with children and/or protected adults, as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Successful applicants will need to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member for Regulated Work with these groups or undergo a PVG Scheme Record Update if already a member, prior to employment.
Note: PVG records are continually updated. Any relevant disclosures will be discussed with the applicant before employment is offered.

Additional Information
This is a full-time, permanent position within Locality Health & Care Services.
Work Pattern: Mon-Fri, 9 am - 5 pm; Friday 9 am - 4 pm.
Annual Salary: £40,495-£44,117 plus a 5% Market Forces Payment.
The workstyle is 'Flexible' — 50% to 79% of the time in an office or multiple work locations.
You will work at your administrative base or another agreed location between 2.5 to 4 days per week, with occasional home working.
The admin base is The Johnnie Walker Bond, Kilmarnock.
All office-based employees (except those in schools) are expected to work towards the higher end of their allocated workstyle.
