Key Responsibilities as a Deputy Store Manager
Support the Store Manager to:
Lead all aspects of retail store operations, ensuring success across sales, service, and team development.
Drive sales performance, customer engagement, and profitability.
Recruit, train, and develop a motivated team to deliver exceptional service.
Oversee stock management, merchandising, and store presentation to company standards.
Manage staff scheduling to maintain efficiency and service levels.
Analyse store performance and report key metrics to senior management.
Maintain high standards of compliance, health & safety, and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For:
Experience as a Deputy Store Manager or in a similar retail leadership role.
A proven track record of achieving KPIs and driving commercial success.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Commercial awareness and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
