Eden Park Surgery in Beckenham is looking to appoint a Receptionist & Administrator to join a busy practice.
We have an extremely forward-thinking and flexible team, and we are looking for like-minded individuals to apply for this post to contribute to our team ethos.
The 26.5 hours a week may be worked at any time across Mon-Fri 8am-6.30pm. You will have a static work pattern with overtime available to cover colleagues' leave.
Main duties of the job
This is a combined role, including a mixture of reception sessions and administrative duties.
We run a total triage model using AccuRx, which has been very successful since its launch last July. There is scope for the reception team to become more involved in this model as we incrementally improve our processes to efficiently navigate patients to access the support they require.
The new post holder will also be responsible for general administration and the processing & coding of clinical letters & emails into the practice.
About us
You'll join a friendly, supportive team consisting of 10 receptionists and a reception manager, working alongside 5 GP partners, 4 ANPs, 3 pharmacists, and a practice nurse, who together care for around 8,500 patients.
This is a part-time role, with exact sessions to be agreed.
CQC rated us 'good' in January 2024.
Part of the extremely supportive Beckenham PCN, with whom we have a very constructive and collaborative relationship.
