Executive Support: Managing complex calendars, filtering emails, and handling professional correspondence.
Business Logistics: Conducting research, making calls, and managing bookings across various business entities.
Lifestyle & Errands: Coordinating household logistics, running essential errands, and ensuring the personal diary is seamless.
Event & Content Support: Accompanying Aliza to events, capturing behind-the-scenes content, and assisting with on-site coordination.
Project Coordination: Taking ownership of \"to-do\" lists and seeing tasks through from conception to completion.
Requirements
Proactive Mindset: You don't wait for instructions; you anticipate needs before they arise.
Mobile & Flexible: Must possess a valid driving license and access to a reliable car for errands and event travel.
Organized & Detail-Oriented: You live for a clean inbox and a perfectly color-coded calendar.
Commitment: We are looking for a dedicated partner who can commit to this role for at least one full year.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable with content capture (social media/photography basics) and digital productivity tools.
