Sous Chef | Full Time

The Role
As a sous chef, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members alike. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, with excellent food knowledge, leading, engaging, and inspiring your team.
Responsibilities
* Support and develop your team, maintaining high standards and focusing on training.
* Manage the kitchen line, plan shifts, and ensure proper staffing.
* Maintain food safety, health, and safety standards, and understand financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
* Celebrate team successes and recognize individual drives and needs.
