This is a FTC role based in Bedfordshire.
Lead the technical operations of the site, including managing quality, hygiene, and food safety.
Ensure compliance with Quality, Food Safety, GMP, Environmental, Customer & legislative requirements.
Manage the resolution of technical and quality issues, ensuring that corrective actions are implemented effectively.
Deliver key solutions for the Quality agenda.
Degree in food science, Microbiology, or a related field.
Proven experience in a technical management role within the food or drinks industry for 10+ years.
Experience with complex food manufacturing processes.
Drinks / dairy experience desired.
FTC Salary – Up to £65k + benefits
