The Role:
As a part-time Teaching Assistant, you’ll work alongside classroom teachers and therapy professionals to provide exceptional support to pupils aged 7–19 years with a range of needs, including:
* Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
* Complex learning difficulties
* Challenging behaviour
* Additional sensory and communication needs
This unique school also serves as a home for some students and offers incredible facilities such as music therapy, arts therapy, equine therapy, and more. You’ll collaborate with therapists, specialist teachers, and psychiatrists to create a nurturing environment where every student can thrive.

Who We’re Looking For:
* A patient, caring, and innovative individual
* Experience with SEND and SEMH
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and support staff
* Understanding of positive behaviour strategies and EHCPs
* Driving Licence required

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
