Job Opportunity: Account Manager in Fresh Produce Business
We are working with a well-regarded Fresh Produce company seeking to recruit an Account Manager to join its commercial team. This role focuses on managing key retail customers, driving sales growth, and aligning activities with broader business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement business plans for designated customers.
2. Manage forecasting, procurement, and production planning in accordance with sales budgets.
3. Monitor market trends and customer strategies to identify new opportunities.
4. Propose and execute customer activity plans, including promotions and new product development (NPD).
5. Collaborate with technical teams to meet customer requirements.
6. Prepare and submit seasonal tenders.
7. Support the Sales Director in developing and executing strategic plans.
