Job Title: Customer Care Assistant
As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of your restaurant, engaging with customers and ensuring smooth operations in customer areas. Your activities will include making children feel welcome, handing out balloons, organizing special events, attending to customers' specific needs, maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibility is to establish and maintain positive communication with customers and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
You will work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, and we are looking for someone with a genuine smile and the ability to connect with customers, making them feel valued.
