The Golbal Key Account Manager (GKA), will be responsible for the overall success of the GKA customer’s business with Hithium, including developing and maintaining the all-rounded business relationship with the GKA customer, growing the business pipeline and GKA’s share-of-wallet by Hithium together with the regional sales teams, and building a strong foundation for long-term business growth in order to achieve company’s strategic goals for GKA customers. This role requires deep insight into GKA customers’ business model, their focus markets and internal decision value chain; it also requires being a proactive team player with the spirit of winning as a company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and maintaining the all-rounded business relationship with the GKA customer.
* Growing the business pipeline and GKA’s share-of-wallet by Hithium together with the regional sales teams, to achieve the short-term business targets
* Building a strong foundation for long-term business growth in order to achieve company’s strategic goals for GKA customers.
Qualifications:
* Being a strong team-player with good communication skills.
* Being results-oriented with a forwarding view on business growth and capability development.
* With rich experiences working with multi-cultural and multi-regional teams.
* 10+ years of sales experience within the renewable energy industry, with at least 5 years in the key account management role.
* Good understanding of the Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) markets and technologies, with a robust network of industry connections, especially the global key developer and investor companies.
* Excellent communication skills with a fully client-facing approach.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Bachelor's of Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
