MARKET INSIGHTS LEAD
FULHAM – HYBRID - 2–3 DAYS A WEEK IN OFFICE
SALARY – UP TO £65,000
THE COMPANY
A specialist business covering publishing, consultancy, and events within the MedTech space is looking for a leader in its insights arm to deliver high-quality market research and strategic analysis!
THE ROLE
As Market Insights Lead, you will:
* Oversee the MedTech Insights division and help shape its strategic direction.
* Manage a portfolio of core research offerings including market trackers, bespoke studies, and attitudinal surveys.
* Lead both quantitative and qualitative research projects, from design and fieldwork through to analysis and reporting.
* Take a hands-on role in data interpretation and delivery, producing actionable insights and recommendations.
* Engage directly with clients to understand objectives, manage relationships, and identify opportunities for growth.
* Balance hands-on research (c.50%), strategy/business development (c.30%), and team leadership (c.20%).
* Work closely with the MD and COO to develop new products and expand service offerings.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Experience in market research, insights, or competitive intelligence within MedTech, healthcare, life sciences, or pharma.
* Proven ability to manage quantitative and qualitative research projects, with a preference for strong quant skills.
* Excellent client and stakeholder engagement skills with evidence of managing senior relationships.
* Line management or team leadership experience strongly preferred.
* Comfortable in a hands-on research role, not purely strategic.
* Tools such as Qualtrics, Excel, SPSS, or Power BI desirable.
