Your Career
As an Events Manager, you’ll play a key role in planning and delivering impactful internal and external events that align with our business objectives and elevate our brand presence. Working closely with the Senior Events Manager and other key stakeholders, you’ll manage end-to-end event delivery - ensuring operational excellence, cohesive messaging, and a consistently high-quality attendee experience.
This role offers the opportunity to strengthen your strategic and creative event management skills while contributing to initiatives that enhance employee engagement, reinforce company culture, and drive measurable business value.
Your Team
You’ll be part of a collaborative, high-performing team responsible for bringing our brand and culture to life through exceptional events. Together with the Senior Events Manager, you’ll work across departments to design, plan, and execute a wide variety of internal and external events - from corporate gatherings and conferences to cultural activations and client experiences.
You’ll liaise closely with stakeholders across marketing, communications, HR, and operations to ensure every event delivers against business goals, reflects our values, and provides a seamless experience for all attendees.
Your Impact
In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of both internal and external events, ensuring every experience aligns with business objectives and reinforces our company culture. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define event requirements, manage logistics such as venue sourcing, supplier coordination, and on-site delivery, and track event performance to measure engagement and ROI. Working closely with marketing, you will help promote events across digital channels and ensure all event collateral and branded materials are delivered to the highest standard. By maintaining accurate budgets, contracts, and compliance documentation, and by attending key events as an on-site coordinator, you will ensure seamless delivery and a positive experience for all attendees. Your contributions will directly elevate the impact of our events, strengthen connections internally and externally, and help drive meaningful engagement across the business.
