Vacancy Description
The Brandon Works is situated within Motherwell town centre; it is a one bar operation with everything situated on the same level. The pub is 4,800 sq. ft allowing plenty of space to grow the sales to £90,000 per week. The pub is currently well‑ran with a great team in place and the management team both in the kitchen and front of house are very experienced.

This is a 9‑month maternity cover. The ideal candidate would need to be able to show a history of excellent CQSMA standards and strong people‑management skills. Sales‑building experience and excellent audit controls would also be necessary.
A 15% plan focussing on growing the sales to £60,000 per week, along with personal contributions to the pub, is expected.
A holding bonus of £5,200 will be paid on top of the successful applicant's basic salary. If the holding period is less than 12 months this will be pro‑rated.
