We’re delighted to be working with a fast-growing accountancy practice to recruit a Receptionist for their Bexhill office. This firm supports thousands of clients with their accountancy needs and is known for its supportive, people-first culture. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, the Receptionist plays a key role in creating a warm and professional welcome, while also supporting the team with day-to-day admin. As a Receptionist, your key responsibilities will include: * Answering and forwarding incoming calls * Greeting clients and visitors with a friendly, professional manner * Booking meeting rooms and preparing facilities * Handling general admin tasks: typing letters, scanning, managing emails, and distributing post * Providing wider administrative support to the team as needed Requirements: * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail * Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) * Previous experience in a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant role Benefits: * 25 days annual leave bank holidays day off on your birthday * Cycle to work scheme * Free flu japs * Enhanced maternity and paternity pay * Social events This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm on an annual salary of £25,000.
