Accounts Administrator – Near Redruth – £28,000
Trial Balance Consulting are delighted to have been engaged by a long-standing client, a successful and growing business based near Redruth. Following a period of steady expansion, the company now seek to recruit an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their friendly and supportive finance team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a varied workload and genuine scope to develop.
Working closely with the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the day-to-day running of the accounts function. Key responsibilities will include:
- Processing and reconciling supplier invoices, payments and expenses
- Raising customer invoices and assisting with debtor management
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within Xero
- Performing regular bank and balance sheet reconciliations
- Supporting with month-end reporting and ad hoc finance projects
We’re looking for an organised and detail-focused individual, with previous experience in a similar finance role. You may be AAT qualified, currently studying, or qualified by experience. A sound understanding of accounting processes, strong Excel skills and familiarity with Xero are all essential. The role will suit someone proactive, accurate and comfortable working in a close-knit team environment.
