Job Title: Industrial Facilities Maintenance Manager
Location: Belfast
4 day working week, Monday - Thursday
The Industrial Assets Maintenance Manager role you've described centres on ensuring that all industrial process assets are maintained effectively to support the company's production schedules. Here's a summary and key points about the role, tasks, and skills required:
Role Overview:
1. Acts as the "intelligent customer" to manage Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities as a service.
2. Ensures availability and operational condition of production and integration equipment.
3. Aligns TPM standards and improvements with IAS performance objectives: Safety, Quality, Cost, Time.
Key Responsibilities:
4. Maintain machinery, tools, metrology in operational condition to guarantee performance of APRUs.
5. Guarantee availability rates and propose improvement plans.
6. Organize and track key performance indicators (KPIs) like MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), MTTR (Mean Time To Repair), OEE/TRS (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
7. Ensure process equipment safety.
8. Develop team competencies and professionalize skill sets.
9. Manage operating and support budgets effectively.
10. Oversee document management via databases such as PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), GMAO (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
11. Ensure preventive, corrective, and remedial maintenance actions are performed as per plan.
12. Participate in short interval management meetings focusing on process availability.
13. Provide responsive support to production (e.g., real-time Andon system responses).
14. Lead in identifying new investments, drafting specifications, proposing equipment upgrades.
15. Establish maintenance plans for industrial infrastructure.

16. Technical expertise in electronics, electromechanics, mechanics.
17. Proficient in TPM principles and implementation.
18. Skilled in data analysis and statistical process control.
