Our site in Hull is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader for our contract with Crown. Working Night, 2245-0715.

Responsibilities
* Deliver clear operational direction, leadership, and development to your team of FLT operatives
* Set and monitor KPIs and performance levels, ensuring that we’re always meeting or exceeding our SLAs
* Carry out team briefings and general staff communication
* Work closely alongside the operations team to eradicate stock discrepancies and errors
Qualifications
* Previous experience in managing a team in a warehouse environment
* Excellent working knowledge of the warehousing process
* Confidence in warehouse health and safety
* MHE License is desired (or a willingness to undertake training towards this)
