We are looking for an Early Learning & Childcare Manager who will play a pivotal role in the development of the Council’s overall strategy and play a key role in the expansion of the sector across the Council.
With a detailed knowledge of the Early Learning and Childcare sector, including legislative and current practises, you will have a proven history of innovation and transformation. Your experience and understanding will ensure North Lanarkshire Council effectively delivers on the Scottish Government’s policy objectives with regard to Early Learning and Childcare.
With effective and demonstrable leadership experience, you will manage the Early Learning and Children team as they deploy resource and provide knowledge, guidance and advice on complex matters, supporting Head Teachers, Heads of Centre and Funded Providers, as well as being a key player in the Council’s transformational change programme relevant to Early Learning and Childcare
