This role combines hands-on nursing care on the floor, alongside supernumerary duties. Main Responsibilities Lead and supervise support and nursing staff to deliver the highest standards of person-centred care. Develop and implement evidence-based, individualised care packages, therapeutic interventions, and activity programmes. Ensure compliance with CQC standards and the Health and Social Care Act 2008.
