Role: Product Manager
Location: London, hybrid
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 (DOE)

Lavandi Talent are currently working with an award-winning personal care/beauty brand renowned for their products within the market and have a great reputation in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation to commercialization, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that meet market demands and business objectives.
* Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer needs, and white space opportunities in the beauty industry.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, design, and supply chain to conceptualize, develop, and launch innovative beauty products that resonate with our target audience.
* Define product requirements, features, and specifications based on consumer insights, market research, and competitive analysis.
* Drive the development of product roadmaps, timelines, and milestones to ensure successful product launches within budget and timeline constraints.
* Partner with marketing teams to develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and sales.
* Analyze product performance metrics, sales data, and customer feedback to continuously optimize product offerings and drive business growth.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements to inform product development strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
* Proven track record of success in product management roles within the beauty industry, with a focus on new product development.
* Deep understanding of beauty trends, consumer preferences, and market dynamics.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
* Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and driving change.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
