Case Handler / Investigator - Bristol - Financial Services - 3 month contract - £14-£15 p/hour PAYE + holiday pay
Robert Half are working on a project to deliver a team of case investigators to work on a large scale Financial Services remediation.
This is an initial 3-month assignment with a state date of early-mid August.
This role would be ideal for Case Handlers / Investigators with experience of working within Financial services Industry - Investments/Pensions/PPI/Banking/Insurance.
Required experience
* Previous experience of working in case handling capacity within Financial Services
* Background in complex financial products is highly desirable, though not essential.
* Basic product knowledge is sufficient, as comprehensive training will be provided.
* Good Excel skills
* Strong data entry, analysis, and reporting skills are essential.
* Ability to quickly absorb and interpret information with accuracy and clarity.
* Excellent attention to detail.
Location:
On-site presence in Bristol is required 5 days a week, this may be reviewed based on project progress and deliverables.
