managing mission-critical database environments. Proven expertise in backup and
recovery, disaster recovery planning, performance tuning, and high availability solutions
across Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL platforms. Adept at supporting large-scale
enterprise systems in both on-premise and cloud-based infrastructures. Strong analytical
skills, customer-facing experience, and a passion for optimizing database performance and
reliability.

Key Responsibilities
Lead 3rd line support for production databases, ensuring 24x7 availability and rapid
incident resolution.
Design and implement disaster recovery strategies and conduct regular DR drills.
Perform root cause analysis for critical incidents and provide long-term fixes.
Optimize database performance through AWR analysis, SQL tuning, and resource
monitoring.
Manage database upgrades, patching, and migrations with minimal downtime.
Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration and
performance.
Develop and maintain automation scripts for routine DBA tasks and monitoring.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior DBAs and support teams.
