The Campaign Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting the development, execution, and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, client acquisition, and revenue growth within the Advisory function, focusing on Transformation services such as digital transformation, strategy, customer and operations consulting, and links to our transactions business. This role requires strategic thinking, creativity, and a strong understanding of marketing channels and tools. The ideal candidate will have experience managing end-to-end campaigns and collaborating across teams.
This role suits a results-driven, strategic marketing manager with experience in client-centric growth strategies. Strong stakeholder and team management skills and the ability to deliver impactful campaigns are essential.
What will you be doing?
1. Partner with the business to develop a clear strategic direction, including go-to-market strategies and campaign plans for specific sectors or capabilities.
2. Support the development of an integrated approach across Corporate Affairs & Marketing to align services, messages, and sales opportunities.
3. Contribute to the delivery of marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement, supporting all sales stages, creating relationship opportunities, and internal messaging.
4. Measure value creation and ROI against objectives, contributing to business growth.
5. Promote a data-led approach, championing digital and CRM use within the marketing team and across the business.
6. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and business development teams across Transformation Services.
7. Champion the KPMG brand and purpose, ensuring visibility and differentiation.
8. Bring a commercial mindset, spotting opportunities in campaign and project delivery.
9. Deliver high-performing end-to-end brand, lead generation, and sales campaigns.
10. Lead and manage teams virtually and across locations, fostering collaboration and high performance.
11. Be future-focused, challenging ideas and foreseeing potential impacts and value.
12. Develop value propositions and market-defining campaigns, managing budgets effectively.
13. Identify target audiences and suitable channels.
14. Create campaign budgets and timelines.
15. Review and leverage technology and digital platforms for campaign delivery.
16. Coordinate with internal teams (creative, product, sales) and external vendors for timely execution.
17. Utilize market research to stay informed about industry trends and client behaviors.
18. Use insights and metrics to inform strategies and decisions.
What will you need to do it?
* Experience in marketing, especially campaign management.
* Proven success in impactful marketing campaigns, including events.
* Knowledge of digital channels (SEO/SEM, PPC) and CRM systems.
* Excellent project management skills with multitasking ability.
* Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (CRM, automation, analytics).
* Industry knowledge and network development skills.
* Experience in professional services is a plus.
