What will you be doing? Operating packing and processing machinery to meet output targets
Navigating daily production challenges with a hands-on approach
Collaborating with your team to keep production lines running efficiently
Playing a key part in delivering high standards of quality and safety
Developing new skills through product testing and machine changeovers

We’d love to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and experience: A good standard of literacy and numeracy, with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a team and contributing to shared goals
Previous experience in manufacturing or food production is a plus – but not essential
Level 2 Food Safety for Manufacturing is desirable, but full training is provided
A proactive, accountable attitude that reflects our values of ownership and care
