* £Competitive
* Permanent, full-time role (Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5:00pm)
* Hybrid working – based offices on the Leicestershire/Northamptonshire border Tuesday to Thursday, home working Monday and Friday (depending on business needs)
* International travel required (approximately 4–6 trips per year)
Duties and responsibilities
* Develop and lead international marketing and communications strategies aligned to business growth objectives
* Oversee the planning and delivery of integrated campaigns across multiple markets, ensuring quality, consistency and alignment to brand guidelines
* Define and track campaign performance metrics, providing insight-led reporting and continuous improvement recommendations
* Manage multi-market budgets, including allocation, forecasting and monitoring spend across multiple currencies
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, agencies, suppliers and global stakeholders
* Contribute to new business development, including proposals, pitches and identifying growth opportunities
Required skills and experience
* Extensive experience in a senior marketing role, ideally an Account Director within an agency environment, covering both traditional and digital channels
* Proven track record of delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple international markets
* Strong commercial awareness with experience managing significant budgets, including multi-currency environments
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
* Strong analytical capability with experience using data to drive strategy and campaign optimisation
* Experience working across multiple media channels, including TV, digital and social, with knowledge of marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, build relationships and work effectively across different cultures and markets
