Key Responsibilities
* Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion across a varied client portfolio
* Preparing and reviewing audit files, ensuring work meets the highest technical standards
* Supervising and coaching junior members of the audit team on assignments
* Acting as a key point of contact for clients throughout the audit process
* Communicating audit findings and recommendations clearly to managers and partners
* Keeping up to date with developments in UK auditing standards and financial reporting
Requirements
* ACA or ACCA qualified, or close to qualification, with a strong audit background
* At least three years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
* Proven experience leading audit assignments and supervising junior team members effectively
* Strong technical knowledge of UK auditing standards and financial reporting frameworks
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident client-facing mannerWell organised with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines simultaneously
