Main duties of the job
As the Resident Experience Manager, you will champion resident satisfaction through daily engagement and feedback, coordinate service delivery across all non-clinical departments, maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hospitality, manage complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency, support home improvement projects and budget planning, and deputise for department heads while ensuring effective rota planning.

* You should have experience in hospitality, healthcare, or care home settings with a clear understanding of standards, policies and procedures, a background in team leadership or supervisory roles, strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail, a caring, respectful, and accountable approach, and excellent personal presentation and cultural awareness.
